What types of B2B shipments does FlavorCloud move?
FlavorCloud can move pallets, gaylords, cartons, and parcels. Individual pieces within a consolidation cannot exceed 150 lbs and dims of 118x48x61 inches.

We cannot move items like:

• Goods that are classified as hazardous material, non-approved dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), ADR (European Road Transport Regulation on dangerous goods), and any applicable government department or other relevant organization.
• Hazardous waste
• Live animals
• Arms, ammunitions, war materials
• Bills of exchange, cash, or any currency or financial instruments
• Shipments prohibited by any law, statute, regulation or sanction
• Embargoed goods
• Narcotics & prohibited drugs

What happens if customs holds my shipment?
FlavorCloud is the Importer/Exporter of Record which means we would handle all customs and compliance related queries at origin and destination. We would resolve any issue(s) directly with customs via our carriers and brokers. If we needed more data/input from the shipper, we would contact them directly.

Are my shipments insured?
